Lacrosse Performance Training for Summer 2026

Post

System 81 Performance is an invite-only program that combines:

  • Structured strength and conditioning
  • Speed, agility, and injury prevention
  • stick work and skill development
  • A disciplined, high-accountability training environment

This is not a large-group or generalized training model. Each session is intentional, coached, and built around long-term athlete development.

My goal is simple:

To help athletes become stronger, more confident, and better prepared to compete — both now and as they move into high school and beyond.

We are keeping groups small to ensure quality coaching, attention to detail, and a strong training culture.

If you’re looking for a structured, professional environment where your athlete will be challenged, supported, and developed the right way, I would be happy to share more details.

Spots are limited and filled through invitation.

After a 16-year professional lacrosse career, I’m opening a new training facility designed specifically for athletes who are serious about improving — not just participating.

One of the biggest separators at the high school, college, and professional levels is strength and conditioning.  Over the course of my 20-year career in lacrosse, one of the biggest reasons I was able to compete at the highest level — and separate myself within the sport — was my commitment to the weight room.

It’s not just about getting stronger — it’s about:

  • Moving more efficiently
  • Developing speed and explosiveness
  • Building durability and reducing injury risk
  • Having the physical confidence to compete

Too often, athletes rely only on practice and games for development. The athletes who separate are the ones who train with structure and intent outside of those environments.
