Get ready for your upcoming 2024 Spring Season!!!!  This will be a month-long intense program to get you ready for your upcoming spring season.

This strength and conditioning program is for 8th - 12th grade lacrosse players that is designed to improve the physical qualities required for elite on-field performance.  Throughout the course of the program the participants will get bigger, faster, stronger, and more explosive, while simultaneously learning what good, safe, and effective training is.  The program includes weight lifting for strength, plyometrics for power, cardio for endurance, stretching for flexibility, and speed training for game changing performance.  Every workout starts with a warm-up and ends with recovery exercises.  The program will gradually increase in intensity as players progress.  The goal is to help players reach their full athletic potential and teach them how to train like a professional athlete.


Tim Riley -- Lead performance coach at The Kollective in Austin, TX and specializes in professional, collegiate, and youth athletic development.  Tim is also the current strength coach for the University of Texas Men's Lacrosse Team.  To date, his professional experiences spans across all ages; from high school athletes, collegiate athletes, and professional athletes in the NFL, MLB, PLL, AVP and NBA G League.

Kyle Hartzell -- Head Coach - Texas University Men's Lacrosse Program.  16 year Pro Lacrosse veteran.  7x All Star, 2018 Team USA Gold medalist.  2x Pro Lacrosse Champion.  NCAA National Champion. 1x NLL Champion.


When: December 4th-22nd (3 days per week - MON, THURS, & SAT)

Ages: Rising 8th-12th grade

Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm (Saturdays sessions will be at 2pm)
