When: Tuesdays in July 2024

Who: Middle school, High School, and College Boys Defensive Players across the board

Pricing: 120 minute Defensive Training $499 for Four Sessions

Description: Areas of focus will be (but not limited to) -- fundamentals, stick-work, stance work, breakdowns, footwork, playing angles, takeaway checks, handwork (hand speed drills), shooting, and the techniques involved in becoming a great close defenseman, LSM, and defensive midfielder.
